No return hassles, no interrogation, and you can keep the box. No return postage or restocking fee applies to this PureSip guarantee.

This PureSip guarantee applies instead of the return-shipping requirements below. The general returns process below continues to apply to other products and does not reduce your statutory rights.

90-day returns

You can request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.

How to request a return

Email support@primalorigins.org or contact Primal Origins with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address before you send the item back. You do not need a special form to notify us that you wish to cancel.

Return postage and fees

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us so we can resolve the issue. The change-of-mind postage rule does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Ireland, EU and UK cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in Ireland, another EU country or the UK buying online, you may also cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. After notifying us, send the goods back within a further 14 days. We will refund the goods and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable under this cancellation right. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. These rights are separate from our 90-day returns offer and do not affect your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For a statutory cancellation, we will refund within 14 days of being informed of your decision to cancel. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will confirm receipt of other returns and update you on your refund.
